LITERARY AGENCY AND EDITORIAL SERVICES
BY ANGELA CATRANI

Susanna Vincenzoni

As the daughter and granddaughter of artists, she developed a true passion for illustrated books from a very young age.
After completing her university studies in art history and the history of artistic techniques, she worked for several years as an assistant to art historian Claudia Gianferrari at her consulting firm specializing in 20th-century Italian art.
She specialized in the conservation and restoration of cultural heritage and ran a painting restoration workshop for several years.
Due to an allergy to solvents, in 2007 she transformed her workshop—located in the Giambellino district of Milan—into a cultural association, the Trillino Selvaggio Art Center, which she founded and chaired until 2020. She has taught courses in visual arts, drawing, and artistic creation for children and has co-designed numerous workshops, performances, and events for children, both for the art center and for elementary schools.
For years, she has collaborated with the ED.UMA.NA network, which promotes dialogue and nonviolent personal and social relationships in schools.
She has several publications to her credit: Cantintondo, Edizioni Carrara, 2024; Educare con il dialogo alla scuola primaria, Edizioni Erickson 2025; Tamburin di Francia, Edikit, 2025.
She was selected for the exhibition as part of the 2023 Livio Sossi Prize for Editorial Illustration.
Some of her illustrations were published in the 2024 and 2025 Annuals of Autori di Immagini.
One of her works received an award from Autori di Immagini for the 2025 Annual, in the Educational Publishing category.
She created two stop-motion animations for the project A Qualcuno Piace Fred as part of the Ministry of Culture’s “Per Chi Crea” program, with support from SIAE in 2021.
